Gulsun is a qualified Mental Health Social Worker with over two decades of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. Beginning her career in 2001 as a support worker, she has since held roles including Case Manager, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Service Manager, and Mental Health Counsellor.
Gulsun specialises in working with individuals living with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex neurological conditions, particularly during hospital discharge and rehabilitation. She provides compassionate guidance to participants and their families during their most vulnerable moments, ensuring a smooth transition to community living while prioritizing dignity, independence, and long-term well-being.
With a strong commitment to collaboration, Gulsun works closely with hospitals, rehabilitation teams, and support services to coordinate tailored care and maximise outcomes. She has extensive experience helping clients navigate complex circumstances, move away from crises, and work toward their goals with confidence and stability.
In her spare time, Gulsun enjoys hiking, photography, Pilates, travel, cooking, and sharing meals with loved ones.

Belinda Ellis is a dedicated Specialist Support Coordinator with over 30 years of experience in the disability sector. Her expertise includes navigating hospital discharge, supporting individuals to find suitable housing, and assisting people with psychosocial disabilities and multiple and complex needs to achieve the best outcomes. Belinda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Disability and has specialised training and experience in Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Level 2 support coordination plays a crucial role in ensuring you receive the utmost care and assistance on your unique journey towards achieving your goals. At this level, we take on a personalised approach, tailoring our services to meet your specific needs and aspirations.
We assist you to implement the various supports and services outlined in your NDIS plan. This involves navigating NDIS, Hospital Discharge support, engaging quality therapy and support providers and working with other relevant sectors such as justice, DV and mental health services to assist you to engage and coordinate services to achieve your goals.
We focus on building your capacity to exercise choice and control over your NDIS plan. We coordinate your supports with you to ensure they work together seamlessly and effectively.

Specialist Support Coordination will provide all the services provided by a level 2 support coordinator and in addition, will address changes in circumstances or crisis events that may impact your NDIS plan. Your Level 3 SSC will be qualified and experienced to assist you to navigate complexities with NDIS and across sectors. This is a short-term intensive service that will gradually shift to level 2 Support Coordination. Please be aware that your support coordinator will not change when you shift from level 3 to level 2.
